In the process of reorganizing our Service Catalog, it might be a little tricky learning where some of your common requests went; some may have been combined into more dynamic ticketing forms, while others may have been replaced or removed.

You can use the following chart to see where your previous request was from the IT Service Portal, and follow the link to the corresponding Service, Service Offering, or Knowledge Base Article.  

Click on the Category name of the previous Service Catalog to see a list of the Old Service Offerings, and where they now live. Note that if something is missing or hard to find, use the Submit a Ticket button on the right to "Get Help" in a pinch!
