Overview
A YubiKey is a physical token that allows for authentication without a smart phone, it plugs into your computer through a type-A or type-C connection. YubiKeys are options for JMU staff and students who do not possess a smart phone or tablet, or they can be used as a secondary MFA option.
How can I get this Service?
JMU faculty and staff can request a YubiKey at the IT Help Desk on the 4th floor of SSC.
Students can purchase a YubiKey at the JMU Bookstore.
