Overview
Employee Services support faculty and staff by providing the technology accounts, access, and credentials required to perform their job functions at James Madison University. This service includes the creation and activation of JMU eIDs, passwords, and access to core systems such as email, MyMadison, and other university applications which are provisioned as part of the employee onboarding process. Employee Services help ensure that new hires are equipped with the necessary technology resources in a secure and timely manner. Ongoing support is provided to maintain account access throughout an employee’s tenure at JMU.

Supervisors can submit requests either individually or as a collection or requests through the Employee Onboarding Form
