Overview
University and Building Event Systems, also referred to as campus facilities management, addresses the diverse needs of an educational institution’s stakeholders, including students, employees, visitors, and the surrounding community. These needs encompass both physical campus services, such as parking services and recreational facilities, and digital building technologies, including building access and event registration systems.

- Event Management Systems (EMS) - VirtualEMS is a platform to rent event spaces on-campus.
- Facilites Management Systems (AiM) - The Integrated Workplace Management Software (IWMS) utilized on campus to track data related to our business function.
- Housing System (StarRez) - Students can utilize the housing system to view housing assignments, contracts, and meet roommates.
- IT Facilities - Manage access to IT Facilities (aka JACard, JAC, Data Center, Building Access, Rooms, Massanutten, Rose, Frye, Carrier, Facility)
- Parking Systems - The Parking Services system allows users to order parking permits, pay citations, and view parking maps.
- UREC Fusion - Requesting, modifying or removing access to the UREC Fusion system
