Overview
This ticket is used to request access to the UREC Fusion system.
How can I get this Service?
Submit a ticket requesting the appropriate user permission level based on the access required for your role. The access request must be approved by you, your supervisor, and the appropriate data custodian/manager/steward. Once all required approvals are received, the requested permissions will be assigned to your account.
Please keep in mind that this Form is not intended for urgent questions or to cancel a program registration.
