Overview
University and Building Management, sometimes called campus facility management, involves meeting the diverse needs of an education institution's stakeholders: from students and staff to visitors and the surrounding community. These needs are distributed across physical campus features (parking services, recreational centers, etc.) and digital building technologies (building access, event registration, etc.).

- Event Management Systems (EMS) - VirtualEMS is a platform to rent event spaces on-campus.
- Facilites Management Systems (AiM) - The Integrated Workplace Management Software (IWMS) utilized on campus to track data related to our business function.
- Housing System (StarRez) - Students can utilize the housing system to view housing assignments, contracts, and meet roommates.
- IT Facilities - Manage access to IT Facilities (aka JACard, JAC, Data Center, Building Access, Rooms, Massanutten, Rose, Frye, Carrier, Facility)
- Parking Systems - The Parking Services system allows users to order parking permits, pay citations, and view parking maps.
- UREC Register - Ask questions or report issues regarding the technology that supports the University Recreation Center
