This form is intended for supervisors to request access for a direct report to Parking's AiM system. Please change the name above under 'Submission is For' to the eID of the direct report needing access.
How can I get this Service?
Submit a ticket for the access you require. You, your supervisor, and the respected data manager will have to approve the access request. Once approved, your access will be created for your account and more info will be provided regarding access, if needed
