Overview

This service enables departments to manage user access to an existing Secure File Transfer (Serv‑U) site. Authorized approvers can request access changes to ensure only appropriate users can upload or retrieve files. Access is authenticated using JMU eID credentials and MFA. This service helps maintain security and proper data governance.
