James Madison University provides access to a cloud-hosted content management system. The system is supported by Information Technology and utilizes Korbyt software.
Digital signage is used to show a variety of digital content to specific audiences. Content can include pictures, videos, web pages, electronic documents, wayfinding, live data, emergency notifications, and more.

Getting Started with Digital Signage
Currently, there is an annual $10 licensing fee for each digital sign licensed through Korbyt. This fee is subject to change based on the vendor's pricing and license demand. Each August, your department's fiscal contact will receive an email to process the billing.
If your department or organization wants to share content, regardless of whether or not you are a current Korbyt user, complete the Digital Signage Submission form.
