How to Change Access to Shared Mailbox

Use this article to find out how to change access to a shared mailbox.

Environment

Microsoft Outlook, TeamDynamix Service Catalog

Troubleshooting/Resolution

To change the access to a Shared Mailbox, please refer to the following:

  1. Go to the JMU IT Service Portal
  2. Click the Communication and Collaboration tile
  3. Click Email and Collaboration Services
  4. Click the JMU Faculty, Staff, and Student Email button to the right
  5. You can then fill out the form with the required information
  6. Once complete, click the JMU Faculty, Staff, and Student Email button at the bottom of the form
