Document Imaging and Management (OnBase)
OnBase is a document imaging and management solution used by departments to electronically collect, store, and manage scanned documents and business files.
Submit requests to add, change, or remove Access, request changes to OnBase, or request a review for implementation in your area.
Effort Reporting System (ERS)
Effort Reporting is a Federal requirement under the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) for anyone who has received compensation from a Sponsored Program.
Electronic Signature (Adobe Sign)
Adobe Sign, sometimes called Adobe Acrobat Sign, is a cloud-based e-signature service that allows users to send, sign, track, and manage signature processes using a browser or mobile device. Electronic signatures are legally binding for JMU.

iPaaS (Boomi)
Boomi is a cloud-based integration platform that connects applications, data, and workflows across systems. It enables automation and seamless data exchange to improve operational efficiency.
ITSM (TeamDynamix)
IT Service Management (ITSM) refers to all the activities, processes, tools, and procedures designed to support the delivery of technology services.
