IBM Cognos is not covered under Direct Access on Windows computers. In order to access Cognos from off campus, you will need to submit a Remote Access Request through the IT Service Portal.
If you have already been granted remote access to Cognos please be sure to use Global Protect VPN in order to access the software. You can find more information about GlobalProtect on the following webpage.
