Overview
This article will go over what to do in the event that your device is not receiving the Okta Verify push notifications.

Troubleshooting/Resolution
If the device in question receives the "are you signing in" page while the Okta Verify app is open, but is not receiving notifications of any kind, follow the steps below.
Always use the latest version of Okta Verify and be sure your mobile device has the most recent systems updates installed.
- Open Okta Verify and tap on your account.
- On the Account Details page tap Okta Verify Troubleshooter in the "Help" section.
- Then select Notifications. The diagnostic tool checks these areas:
- System notification settings
- Push token
- Notification service
- Device time
A green check mark indicates which areas work as expected.
If errors are detected, a warning appears. Read the messages to learn how to resolve the problem. For example, if you must update your device settings to allow notifications for Okta Verify, tap Settings and change the settings as instructed.
