This ticket is used to request access to the Epic system, specific to Sentara RMH.
How can I get this Service?
Submit a ticket for the User Permission Level you require. You, your supervisor, and the respected data manager will have to approve the access request. Once approved, your access will be created for your account and more info will be provided regarding access.
