All JMU employees are eligible for an Adobe Sign licensed account by completing a request through the IT Service Portal:
- Open a web browser to the IT Service Portal: https://its.jmu.edu.
- Click Request Help.
- Click Administration and Business.
- Click Electronic Signature.
- Click Request Access.
Once access is granted, you will receive an email notification with additional instructions to log into your Adobe Sign account with your JMU eID and password.
