Troubleshooting/Resolution

All JMU employees are eligible for an Adobe Sign licensed account by completing a request through the IT Service Portal:

  1. Open a web browser to the IT Service Portal: https://its.jmu.edu.
  2. Click Request Help.
  3. Click Administration and Business
  4. Click Electronic Signature.
  5. Click Request Access.

Once access is granted, you will receive an email notification with additional instructions to log into your Adobe Sign account with your JMU eID and password.
