Overview
This article will describe the process to gain access to the AssetWorks (AiM) system.
Environment
AiM, AiM Training, IT Service Portal
Troubleshooting/Resolution
In order to be granted access to the AiM system, an employee must:
- Complete the necessary training courses:
- IT523 AiM Work Orders and/or IT524 AiM Motor Pool (depending on what your need may be as delegated by your job description or supervisor)
- Once training is completed, access will be granted by FM-IT once they have confirmed that training has been finalized and the employee's supervisor has requested access through the IT Service Portal
