How to Request Access to AiM

In order to be granted access to the AiM system, an employee must:

  1. Complete the necessary training courses:
    1. IT523 AiM Work Orders and/or IT524 AiM Motor Pool (depending on what your need may be)

Once training is completed, access will be granted by FM-IT once they have confirmed that training has been finalized and the employee's supervisor has requested access through the IT Service Portal
