Error: "PC has run into a Problem and Needs to Restart"

If you have seen this error message several times, it may be time to re-image the software on your computer.  To request a re-image:

Log in to the IT Service Portal here

  • Log in using your eID and Password
  • Confirm with Multi-factor authentication
  • Click Request Help
  • Click Software, Computers and Devices
  • Click Software
  • Click Request a Re-Image
  • Fill out the form
  • Click Submit
