If you have seen this error message several times, it may be time to re-image the software on your computer. To request a re-image:
Log in to the IT Service Portal here
- Log in using your eID and Password
- Confirm with Multi-factor authentication
- Click Request Help
- Click Software, Computers and Devices
- Click Software
- Click Request a Re-Image
- Fill out the form
- Click Submit
