Prior to following the steps below, ensure that your Zoom Client us current and does not require updates by opening the client and clicking on your icon in the top-right and selecting Check for Updates. Once your update completes (or if your client is current,) then proceed to the following:
- Sign into the Zoom app.
- In the upper right of the Zoom window, click on Settings (the little gear icon).
- In the left-hand menu list, click on Audio.
- On the right under Speaker, click the drop down arrow and choose a different speaker.
- Click Test Speaker to confirm you can hear sound. Click the upper-right X to close the Settings window.
Invite someone to a test Zoom meeting to make sure you can hear others now.
