Overview
This article will go over what to do in the event you cannot hear Zoom audio in meetings

Troubleshooting/Resolution
Prior to following the steps below, ensure that your Zoom Client is current and does not require updates by opening the client and clicking on your icon in the top-right and selecting Check for Updates. Once your update completes (or if your client is current,) then proceed to the following:
	- Sign into the Zoom app.
 
	- In the upper right of the Zoom window, click on Settings (the little gear icon).
 
	- In the left-hand menu list, click on Audio.
 
	- On the right under Speaker, click the drop down arrow and choose a different speaker.
 
	- Click Test Speaker to confirm you can hear sound. Click the upper-right X to close the Settings window. 
 
Invite someone to a test Zoom meeting to make sure you can hear others now.
