Outlook is Freezing, not Opening, or not Updating on Mac

  1. Click Finder
  2. Click Applications
  3. Control+click or right-click Microsoft Outlook, and then select Show Package Contents
  4. Open Contents > SharedSupport folder, and then open Outlook Profile Manager
  5. Select Create a new profile + button, and then enter a name for the new profile
  6. To set the new profile as the default, highlight the profile that you want
  7. Access Set the default profile
  8. Choose Set as Default
  9. Restart Outlook for this change to take effect
