Learn how to resolve Outlook issues on Mac.
Environment
Microsoft Outlook in Mac OS
Troubleshooting/Resolution
- Click Finder.
- Click Applications.
- Control+click or right-click Microsoft Outlook, and then select Show Package Contents.
- Open Contents > SharedSupport folder, and then open Outlook Profile Manager.
- Select Create a new profile + button, and then enter a name for the new profile.
- To set the new profile as the default, highlight the profile that you want.
- Access Set the default profile.
- Choose Set as Default.
- Restart Outlook for this change to take effect.
