To determine Direct Access connectivity, click on the network icon in the system tray (WiFi or Ethernet symbol, located in bottom right of screen).
Click "JMU Workplace Connection".
On the following page, click "JMU Workplace Connection" one more time.
If JMU Workplace Connection says "Connected", you should be able to access all systems as normal, and may ignore the following steps.
If you see "Connecting", you will experience trouble connecting to JMU systems and should perform the following steps.
Click on the windows icon (bottom left of computer).
On your keyboard, type "Startup Apps" and press enter.
Find GlobalProtect and toggle it off.
Shut down the computer, wait a minute, then turn your computer back on. (You may have to do this a couple times). Confirm access using steps 1-4 again.
