I Cannot log into IT Service Portal

If you are not able to log in to the IT Service Portal at http://its.jmu.edu, the reasons are due to the fact that you are required to have JMU eID, password, and two-factor authentication with Okta. If you have not yet received that information, or you are in the process of becoming an active member of the University, you will not yet be able to log into the IT Service Portal.
