What if I Lose My Yubikey?

This article will go over what to do in the event of a lost/stolen Yubikey.

Yubikey, Okta

Troubleshooting/Resolution

If you lose your Yubikey, you must remove it from your account so as not to allow anyone who may find it have access to your account. If you have a backup method of authenticating to Okta (such as Okta Verify on your phone), follow the steps here to remove the Yubikey from your account. If you can't log in, please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance in resetting your Okta account.
