If you lose your Yubikey, you must remove it from your account. If you have a backup method of authenticating to Okta (such as Okta Verify on your phone), follow the steps here to remove the Yubikey from your account. If you can't log in, please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance in resetting your Okta account. When you regain access to mylogin.jmu.edu (Okta), you can remove the lost Yubikey device.
