Overview
If there is an issue with your privileged account password (forgotten, simply not working, etc.), IT is able to assist in resetting it. Our Systems team is able to reset the password and work with you to ensure you are able to log into the account.
How can I get this Service?
If you require a privileged account password reset, clicking the button to the right and submitting a ticket is the best way to get the information to the correct team.
You could also reach out to the Help Desk at 540-568-3555. Even though the Help Desk is unable to assist directly, they are able to create a ticket on your behalf and send it to the Systems team to begin the password change process.
