Cortex is a repository for JMU's historical ITSM Cherwell data. Cortex is limited to read-only access, and is available those that presently utilize TeamDynamix (IT Help Desk, Libraries, College of Integrated Science and Engineering (CISE), and others).
Use this request to submit read-only access or to request assistance in accessing, signing in, or using Cortex once access has been provided.
