If your primary role changes or transitions from a student to an employee (or visa versa) and you cannot access QuestionPro surveys that were created under your initial role, enter an IT Service ticket for assistance. Typically, we see this happen when a Graduate Assistant (GA) contract begins and ends. If you experience this issue:
- Log in to the IT Service Portal with your JMU eID, password and verify with Mutlti-factor authentication
- Click Request Help
- Scroll down and click Teaching and Learning
- Click Surveys (QuestionPro)
- Click Ask a Question
- Provide the Summary Cannot Access Surveys after role change
- Provide a Phone @ or email address if different from above (as listed on the form)
- Fill in the Detailed Description section indicating your issue that you have had a role change and cannot access the surveys created under your former student or employee account (whichever the case may be).
