How to contact your advisor when they are not in MyMadison Connect.

Troubleshooting/Resolution
If a student states that they are unable to find their Advisor when attempting to make an appointment in MyMadison Connect, It’s likely because the Advisor has not yet transitioned to CRM and therefore does not have a user account created.
In that instance, it would be best for the Student to reach out to their Advisor directly to confirm how best to make their appointment, and to confirm they are in CRM
