How do I Request Access to CRM

If you are needing to request CRM Access for yourself or one of your staff members, you can follow the information below. Be aware that prior to receiving access to CRM, you will need to have completed the FERPA 2.0 Training, which can be found here

  1. In a web browser, go to the IT Service Portal
  2. Click Request Help, and select:
    1. Administrative & Business
    2. CRM
    3. Request Access

Complete the required form and submit. Once it has been submitted you and your Supervisor will receive emails to Approve your request, which will need to be completed in a timly manner. After both parties have completed their Approvals, access will be granted typically within 48-72 hours. If you have questions or issues, please contact the IT Help Desk at 540-568-3555.
