How to troubleshoot printing or scanning issues with a JMU Printer.

Troubleshooting/Resolution
- Verify good Ethernet connection, preferably by disconnecting cable from printer and plugging into a laptop
- Power cycle printer by shutting down via power button > disconnect power cable from wall receptacle, allowing to sit for about 30 seconds, > reconnect the power cable and power on printer
