Microsoft Office Applications not Showing Print Dialogue on Mac

Reset the Mac's Printer Settings :

  • Navigate to System preferences
  • Select Printers and Scanners
  • Right-click on the blank area under the list of devices
  • Click the Reset Printing system
  • Enter your Admin Credentials to confirm the reset

Any printers used will need to be re-added
