Learn how to resolve synchronization issues in Outlook.
Environment
Microsoft Outlook
Troubleshooting/Resolution
Turn off Cached Exchange Mode:
	- Open Outlook
 
	- Click on File tab
 
	- Click on Account Settings and Account Settings again
 
	- Double-click on the email account with issue
 
	- Uncheck box next to Cached Exchange Mode
 
	- Click Next and Finish
 
	- Close and reopen Outlook
