Synchronization Error in Outlook

Microsoft Outlook

Troubleshooting/Resolution

Turn off Cached Exchange Mode:

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click on File tab
  3. Click on Account Settings and Account Settings again
  4. Double-click on the email account with issue
  5. Uncheck box next to Cached Exchange Mode
  6. Click Next and Finish
  7. Close and reopen Outlook
