Overview
Learn how to submit a ticket to change someone's access to a shared calendar in Outlook.
Environment
Applies to JMU IT Service Portal and Microsoft Outlook.
Troubleshooting/Resolution
To change the access to a Shared Calendar, please refer to the following steps:
	- Go to the JMU IT Service Portal
 
	- Click the Log In button to sign into your account
 
	- Input your JMU eID, password, and authenticate with Okta
 
	- Click Request Help
 
	- Select Communication and Collaboration, then  Email (Faculty/Staff), then Change Access to a Shared(...)
 
	- Fill in the required boxes on the form
	
		- Ensure you accurately input the users eIDs into the Add eID(s) and Remove eID(s) fields
 
	
	 
	- Once complete, select Submit
