Learn how to submit a ticket to change someone's access to a shared calendar in Outlook.

Environment

Applies to JMU IT Service Portal and Microsoft Outlook.

Troubleshooting/Resolution

To change the access to a Shared Calendar, please refer to the following steps:

  1. Go to the JMU IT Service Portal
  2. Click the Log In button to sign into your account
  3. Input your JMU eID, password, and authenticate with Okta
  4. Click Request Help
  5. Select Communication and Collaboration, then Email (Faculty/Staff), then Change Access to a Shared(...)
  6. Fill in the required boxes on the form
    1. Ensure you accurately input the users eIDs into the Add eID(s) and Remove eID(s) fields
  7. Once complete, select Submit
