Window that opens when attempting to save or open file is blank. Occurs with multiple applications.
Environment

Troubleshooting/Resolution
	-  Use Task Manager to force quit application.  
	
		- Open Task Manager
 
		- Right Click on application 
 
		- Select End Task
 
	
	 
	- Update all drivers and BIOS from Dell support site (support.dell.com)
 
	- Update dock firmware (if dock being used)
 
	- Run DISM and SFC
