"Add File" or "Save as" window blank

Overview

Window that opens when attempting to save or open file is blank. Occurs with multiple applications.

Troubleshooting/Resolution
  1.  Use Task Manager to force quit application.  
    1. Open Task Manager
    2. Right Click on application 
    3. Select End Task
  2. Update all drivers and BIOS from Dell support site (support.dell.com)
  3. Update dock firmware (if dock being used)
  4. Run DISM and SFC
