Troubleshooting/Resolution
Unfortunately, there is no true way to have both your Dukes and your employee email open in the same browser window. As both accounts have unique licensing that will that once one sign-in has occurred, it will attempt to redirect to that same account.
The alternatives are either:
- Use an alternate browser for one (IE: Chrome and Firefox/Safari and Chrome)
- Use the same browser you are currently using, but open an Incognito or Private browsing session
- Set up both accounts within the Microsoft Outlook desktop application
