How to potential view a recalled message:
If a message is recalled, the sender was trying to retrieve it before it could be read - perhaps they typed something incorrectly or sent it to the wrong person. You may wish to contact the sender to have it resent. Recalling email is not reliable. If the email came from outside JMU, it is very likely that the recall failed and the message is still in your mailbox. If the recall did succeed, the message will be in your Recover Deleted Items.
