This article will go over what may be causing issues sharing screen in Zoom, specifically on Mac devices

Troubleshooting/Resolution
On macOS devices, you need to allow Zoom access to screen recording to share your screen:
- Click on Apple Icon
- Open System Settings
- Click Privacy & Security
- Look under Privacy section
- Scroll down in the list and find Screen Recording
- If prompted, enter your Admin Credentials prior to changing any settings.
- Click the toggle button in order to allow screen recording for the zoom.us app
- Restart the Zoom Application
