I Cannot Share my Screen in Zoom on Mac

This article will go over what may be causing issues sharing screen in Zoom, specifically on Mac devices

Troubleshooting/Resolution

On macOS devices, you need to allow Zoom access to screen recording to share your screen:

  1. Click on Apple Icon
  2. Open System Settings
  3. Click Privacy & Security 
  4. Look under Privacy section
  5. Scroll down in the list and find Screen Recording
  6. If prompted, enter your Admin Credentials prior to changing any settings.
  7. Click the toggle button in order to allow screen recording for the zoom.us app 
  8. Restart the Zoom Application
