Overview

This article is to provide instructions on how to install the GlobalProtect VPN client on both JMU Owned and non-JMU Owned devices.

Environment

This would normally apply to personally owned computers and devices. However, there may be situations where these steps are necessary due to errors in the JMU Managing software in a JMU Owned device.

  4. Run the installer, and follow the prompts.
    1. If prompted during installation to provide admin credentials to complete installation, enter the credentials of a user with administrative rights to the computer to proceed
  5. After the installer has finished, hit Close to complete the installation.
