This article will help you understand the circumstances that could disable your account.

Troubleshooting/Resolution
Unfortunately, your account is showing as Disabled and as such, you would not be able to access JMU-specific systems.
This may be due to a lapse in contract or a change in role. For lapses in contract, your access will automatically be restored on the first date of your new contract. If this is done in error or delay, you would want to work with your Supervisor or Sponsor and possibly reach out to Payroll to better determine if there is paperwork that needs to be submitted, missing, or in process.
