Using the TeamDynamix Service Catalog

Overview

Learn how to navigate and use the Service Catalog in order to view services offered by IT and related departments. Service offerings are where you can submit help tickets.

Using the Service Catalog
  1. To get to the IT Service Catalog, click on the Services tab in the gold navigation bar, or the purple Submit a Ticket button from the Homepage 
  2. Similar to the previous IT Service Portal, the TeamDynamix (TDX) Service Catalog is organized into Categories that house your requests. Clicking on the drop-down arrow of will show the full details of the Category.
  3. Within the Categories, you will find:
    1. Services, which are the broader, more umbrella-term for the area or focus of requests (ex. Software, Email, HR)
    2. Service Offerings, which are your the specific requests (ex. Requesting Access to a system, assistance with Okta Verify, Wireless assistance)
  4. Click on a Service to see the full description and Service Offerings available.
  5. Click the Service Offering brings you to the details page of that service.
