Cannot Reset Password for Autolab

Overview

Autolab password issues can be resolved by clearing your cache.

Troubleshooting/Resolution
  1. Clear browser cache
  2. Navigate to https://autolab.cs.jmu.edu/auth/users/sign_in
  3. Select Forgot your password?
  4. Use the email that you signed up with to receive password instructions.
