Troubleshooting/Resolution
Turn off Cached Exchange Mode:
- Open Outlook.
- Click on File tab.
- Click on Account Settings and Account Settings again.
- Double-click on the email account with issue.
- Uncheck box next to Cached Exchange Mode.
- Click Next and Finish.
- Close and reopen Outlook.
