Purpose and Overview
The JMU data centers are configured with VLANs and subnets to support performance and increase security. To request changes to, additions of, or removal of a data center VLAN or subnet, please submit a Service Request for Add/Change/Remove a Data Center VLAN/Subnet.
Eligibility and Constraints
Only specific faculty and staff members associated with limited academic and business departments on campus should be requesting services in this service offering. Service Requests in this service offering may be subject to approval by the Data Center Design Team. For questions about networking within the data center, please contact network@jmu.edu.
