Overview
The IT-Telecom Office issues monthly bills, which can be accessed by the Department Billing Contact via the Customer Portal in PCR 360. The Departmental Usage Report will show telecom charges. Telecom billing encompasses a range of charges, such as JMU Telephone Charges, Cellular Charges, Conference Call Charges, Cable TV Charges, and so on. The Department Billing Contact now has access to retrieve their department billing via the Customer Portal in PCR 360, and gain complete control of department billing with ease!
